We are owned and operated by JROTC Dog Tags which has been in business for over 25 years. We can help and discuss orders over the phone. We are in a loud engraving shop, so we use email to send exact text for these custom memorial bracelets. Emailing us is the best way to contact us. We check our emails frequently throughout the business day and will contact you right away with an answer. 

We are happy to discuss orders over the phone and help you design your memorial bracelet, but we will need you to email us your text via email as we are in a loud engraving shop and do not want to get any misspellings.
